Ask yourselves: How much has corruption increased since the creation of SPAK?
The incinerators, the two phantom ships in Vlorë, Thumanë-Kashar and the Llogara Tunnel. All of these happened after SPAK was created!
Do you know that since Dumani became the leader, tons of drugs have been seized at European ports that were coming from the port of Durrës, and in Durrës not even a kilogram has been seized?
A year in which Berisha was under arrest without charges, Rama-Dumani-Crime with a list in hand built the new electoral body for the 80-plus mandates that Rama needed.
Do you still believe that Veliaj was arrested without Rama’s permission? Rama didn’t care that it would ruin his chances in the elections, Rama’s mercenaries in the media said! But when did Rama calculate with the votes? He closed them with a list as much as he needed, with SPAK and with crime.
He needed to completely erase LSI from the map, arrested Meta as a bandit and dissolved it!
He created new parties as a reserve in case the opposition, attacked by Rama-Dumani-crime, would not enter an unequal competition.
Just look yesterday, every time officials, deputies, and socialist patronage members were caught red-handed, SPAK and the police not only didn’t act, but gave them time to destroy evidence in front of the media and proceeded with the opposition they caught!
Now Dumani and Rama will give us as many bones as we want: Taulanta, Belinda, crime bosses in Elbasan, Durrës, and Vorë. What can we ask for, they will give it to us — to shut us up, so that we don’t talk about the electoral massacre, to clean Rama from the troubles with those who gave him the fourth mandate.
Today we are in the Rama-Dumani regime.
It doesn’t matter if Altin Dumani does it willingly or has no say. What matters is that Rama moves his strings however he likes. He strokes his ego by giving him a list with strong people in politics that he needs to put in jail, blackmails him when he needs, complements him when needed. In short, he has turned him into his toy, moves his strings however he wants.
Without Altin Dumani, Edi Rama would never have survived, let alone gotten a fourth mandate.
Enjoy the regime, I will continue.
From today, treating them as part of criminal gangs with names and surnames and Rama’s mercenaries in the media who were used to legitimize the electoral massacre.
