Princess Kate returns to philanthropy, but the English have a “concern”

Away from the scene since Christmas last year, Kate still has a tough road ahead, albeit one full of good intentions and a desire to start again. After meeting the young cancer patient, the princess, dressed in a burgundy Roland Mouret suit, looked fit and relaxed. The eye of the watchers focused on the hair, which has become very thick again

The hope and will to live that touched the world. Princess Kate’s measured return to life after the end of her first round of chemotherapy, announced in a video on September 9, was crystallized in a very sweet photo taken at Windsor Castle a few days ago: it shows Kate and the young Liz Hutton, 16, from Yorkshire, in an emotional hug. Liz revealed last Christmas that she was suffering from a rare form of cancer that gave her 6 months to 2 years to live: William invited her to the castle with her family to attend a ceremony officiated by him.

In addition to the common battle they are fighting, Kate and Liz, who met privately before the ceremony, found another (and more joyful) feature in common in their passion for photography: the girl, like the princess, has a great love for photography. For this reason, the prince and princess entrusted her with the task of taking photos from the ceremony in the palace and then publishing them on the official channels. “It was a pleasure to meet this young and very talented photographer, whose creativity and strength inspired us both. Thank you for sharing the story and photos with us,” they wrote after the meeting, accompanying the message with a heart emoji.

To this warmth, the girl responded with a story on Instagram where she called the Prince and Princess of Wales “genuine, adorable and kind people”. Although it was a meeting behind closed doors, they decided to release the photos of the hug between Kate and Liz (taken by William himself) not only to tell the story of the girl, but also to send a strong signal about the relationship with the health condition of the princess.

After meeting the young cancer patient, the princess, dressed in a burgundy Roland Mouret suit, looked fit and relaxed. The eye of the observers was focused on the hair, which has become very thick again, probably thanks to the help of extensions that give it volume and are used by cancer patients even after the end of chemotherapy. And then, to the eyebrows: thick, dark and limited by a precise line that makes them extremely arched, the effect, perhaps, of a tattoo.

After completing chemotherapy, Kate is slowly trying to return to her normal life. Few commitments and many symbolic ones have seen her involved in recent weeks: on September 17 she organized, again behind closed doors, a meeting in Windsor to talk about the program dedicated to the first years of children’s lives, the personal project for which is caring more; in late September she was seen driving to Balmoral with her husband after mass at Crathie Kirk (without the children, who remained in Berkshire with the Middleton grandparents); on the 27th attended a performance by the English National Ballet. The hope is to see it again on November 10 on the occasion of Remembrance Sunday, when the British remember the fallen of the First World War.
